Do I need a full brief to get started?

No. Your name, email and a service choice are enough. Add a couple of lines if you can. We’ll ask about formats, timing and other details once we understand the idea.

How are the other services priced?

Reports, presentations and workflow systems are quoted individually. We’ll agree the outputs, supported formats, revisions and price in writing before you commit. The £299 package applies to a one-page website.

What do I need to provide for a website?

Your business details, services, contact information, and any logo or photos you have permission to use. We’ll turn your notes into a first copy draft for you to check.

How long does a website take?

We’ll agree a delivery date before starting. A straightforward one-page project is planned around five working days after we have your materials and agreed deposit, subject to availability.

How does payment for the website package work?

After we agree the project in writing, the £299 package is split into a £149 deposit and £150 balance, due after your approval and before launch or handover. Made Catchy Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Any additional costs are confirmed in your quote before you commit. Payment and cancellation terms are supplied with your agreement.

What isn’t included in the website package?

The package doesn’t include domain or hosting fees, logo design, booking systems, online payments, ongoing content updates or additional pages. Tell us what you need and we’ll be clear about whether it fits before starting.

Will I own my website?

You’ll receive the finished website files after full payment, with your usage rights documented in the agreement. Your domain and hosting stay in your own accounts. Any third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.

Can you guarantee enquiries or Google rankings?

No. We can create a clear, usable website with sensible page titles and descriptions. Traffic, rankings and sales depend on factors beyond the design, so we don’t promise specific results.
